Area Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and healthcare
    facilities (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior communities, physician
    offices) to drive home care referrals and admissions
  • Meet with referred clients to assess needs, complete intake paperwork
  • Provide on-going client support/customer service; introduce caregivers
  • Responsible for documenting all marketing/sales activity via CRM
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding admissions goals and other sales
    performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Must pass Level II background check
  • College degree preferred
  • 3 + years outside sales experience required, healthcare experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with technology, learning new systems & software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling
  • Customer service mindset
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 50k-75k
