For Eric Young, a valued member of Aqua HC Leadership, the motivation behind starting Aqua Home Care (originally Affordable Care at Home) was about impacting the community, with a specific focus on serving seniors. From the start, he wanted to build a home care organization that could deliver a level of service far superior to that of the handful of home care companies he hired to care for a loved one in their final days. After this sub-par experience, Eric believed a concierge approach to home care was the only way to deliver the level of quality he envisioned and expected.
Aqua Home Care’s Co-owner, Pete Moabed, has been instrumental in driving the company vision and growth strategy aimed at redefining industry standards for both clients and healthcare workers. Pete’s focus on serving as an advocate for caregivers and other providers has drastically improved care and client satisfaction, resulting in considerable growth.
Pete has over 18 years of experience in B2C and B2B sales across multiple industries. He saw opportunities to make a true impact in healthcare after a medical procedure completely changed a loved one’s quality of life. Shortly after transitioning to the healthcare space, Pete joined Aqua as a co-owner, helping to transform a small start up into one of the largest senior home care providers in Florida.
Chris Brooks is the Head of Sales & Marketing and a member of the Aqua HC leadership team. He has over 13 years of experience in-home care, serving in local and national leadership roles. Chris leads company sales and business development efforts with a focus on enhancing the client experience. His team of Area Managers are responsible for increasing market share and supporting clients and care providers in designated service areas.
Since joining Aqua in 2018, Chris has implemented a number of strategies that helped drive revenue growth and enable expansion into new markets. Chris has personally helped thousands of patients and families over the years and continues to offer guidance and support in his current role. His philosophy rooted in serving others is simple – if we can’t help someone in need, find someone who can.
Meet Corrine Griffin. Corrine is a vital member of Aqua HC Leadership; She manages operations including Scheduling and Recruitment at Aqua Home Care. Corrine has an extensive background in Human Resources and Training. She exercised a hands-on approach to build teams within start-ups and corporations for over 10 years. Corrine’s focus on company values, hiring strategies and relationship management within an organization encourage team members to better themselves, their family, and their community. Corrine holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph’s College in Maine. She is the Chief Operations Officer of Aqua Home Care, a mom, foodie and dog lover.
