Quality care cannot be delivered without quality care providers, period. We make great efforts to attract qualified, caring and compassionate caregivers in each service area. Our concierge approach is both client AND care provider focused. This is paramount to establishing strong relationships built on trust and respect.

Care providers registration and credentialing

As a Florida licensed Nurse Registry, Aqua Home Care ensures care providers have met all state requirements prior to being registered and referred to clients in need of assistance. Once registered, they must maintain all credentials in order to remain active with the Nurse Registry. The credentialing process includes but is not limited to verification and review of the following:

  • AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (requires fingerprinting)
  • Health Screening (Physical Exam)
  • Home Health Aide Certification (or) Professional License (CNA, LPN, or RN)
  • CPR Training
  • Continuing Education Training: HIV, Assistance w/ Self-Medication, Alzheimer’s & Dementia, Domestic Violence
  • Driver’s License Check
  • Documents that establish Identity and Employment Authorization (per Dept of Homeland Security)
  • Professional Liability Insurance

 

When determining the right care provider for your loved one, our Area Manager will meet with you in person to understand your needs and refer a provider who is best suited to meet those needs. Continuity of care is essential in developing trust and ensuring a comfortable, supportive relationship between clients and caregivers. At Aqua Home Care, we view each client as part of our family, and we work hard to match them with care providers who bring kindness, compassion, and consistency. We offer a wide range of personalized care options, always ensuring that love and dignity are at the heart of every service.

Yes, all care providers must pass a Level 2 Background Screening (requires fingerprinting). Aqua Home Care ensures care providers have met all state requirements prior to being registered and referred to clients. Once registered, they must maintain all credentials in order to remain active with the Nurse Registry.

Yes, we work with all Long Term Care Insurance companies. Aqua Home Care assists clients and family members throughout the entire Long Term Care (LTC) claims process. This includes checking policy benefits, submitting care logs, invoices and other required documentation to help expedite reimbursement for services.

Yes, Aqua Home Care is a Florida licensed Nurse Registry and is bonded and insured. Additionally, referred care providers carry individual professional liability policies and must meet all credentialing requirements set forth by the state.
